We also provide professional consulting services, helping agencies streamline workflows, strengthen compliance, develop operating procedures, and implement effective contract management strategies tailored to specialized operational requirements.  GRADER also offers facilities support solutions, including pest control and integrated pest management, janitorial and environmental services, shipping and storage container services, and secure document destruction (paper shredding)—all delivered through vetted subcontractors under our direct program oversight. Acting as the prime contractor, we apply disciplined project management methodologies to ensure each service meets performance metrics, regulatory expectations, and client objectives. GRADER Logistics currently manages three active contracts within the State of Kansas, demonstrating our capability and reliability as project management professionals overseeing high-performance subcontractor teams. At Hutchinson Correctional Facility, we manage comprehensive pest control and bed bug services across multiple units, ensuring consistent inspections, treatment, documentation, and quarterly reporting. Through disciplined contract oversight and collaborative communication with facility leadership, we maintain a safe, compliant, and responsive pest management program that meets the standards expected by the Kansas Department of Corrections.  In addition, GRADER manages a contract with Larned State Hospital for the provision of shipping and storage containers, supporting the hospital’s logistical and operational capacity needs. Our project management approach ensures timely delivery, proper tracking, and ongoing customer support throughout the lifecycle of the contract. These active agreements highlight GRADER’s strength in managing multi-service operations, coordinating specialized subcontractors, and delivering results-driven solutions within the Kansas public sector.
